It felt cheaply made. It started falling apart way too fast, so yeah, not something I’d buy again.

I tried to exchange a collar from dogplusbone.com the whole process was more frustrating than I expected. The replies were slow, the return instructions weren’t very clear, and I had to keep following up just to get things moving. Maybe I just had bad luck, but I’d be curious if others had the same experience. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

The toy itself was totally fine, so no big issue there! But the packaging looked really rough when it arrived, like it had been bounced around quite a bit

I tried it out, but i just didn’t feel comfortable using it for my dog. It didn’t give me the sense of safety or confidence I was hoping for, and that really matters to me. In the end, I’d rather go with something that makes me feel more at ease.

Support was decent enough, but the product itself left me disappointed.

I was expecting the color to look like the photos, and it mostly did. It came out just a tiny bit darker in person, but still close enough that I’m happy with it

The site was easy to figure out. The menu actually made sense, which is more than I can say for a lot of online stores, and I was able to find the dog stuff I needed without feeling like I was on some endless clicking mission.
That said, a few pages took their sweet time loading, and checkout felt like it could’ve been smoother. Not the end of the world, but it’s frustrating when you’re just trying to buy something and move on. Overall it was still a decent experience, just a little more sluggish than I’d like.

I ordered twice and both times the delivery showed up late. The tracking barely updated, so I was just left guessing when it would actually arrive, which felt unnecessary. The products themselves were fine, but the delivery experience was annoying.

I was hoping this would hold up, but after about a week it broke. Once I saw how quickly it failed, it kind of fit the pattern I’ve noticed with cheaper stuff like this: seems fine at first, then gives out almost immediately. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Dirt and dog hair somehow find every tiny little spot to cling to like it’s their permanent home, and I end up scrubbing way more than I should have to. I thought it would be a quick wipe-down situation, but absolutely not — suddenly I’m in a full cleaning mission. It’s still usable, but for the price, I definitely expected it to be much easier to keep clean.

I mean, the site looks okay overall, and I’m not saying it’s bad or anything. It’s just simple and feels a little dull to me. Maybe that’s the style they’re going for, but I personally expected it to have a bit more personality.

The product looks nice and my dog does seem to enjoy it, so I can’t really complain about that. But for what it costs, I was expecting a little more. It kind of feels like these things are always priced just high enough to make people like me second-guess the purchase afterward. It’s not bad, and I’ll use it, but I don’t feel like I got the best value for my money.

I bought a leash and collar from dogplusbone they just didn’t work great for us. The collar kept loosening while we were out walking, so I had to keep stopping to tighten it back up. My dog pulls a little, so having to keep messing with it was frustrating, and that part was weird.

The leash wasn’t much better for me. It felt kind of awkward in my hand, and the clip was stiff enough that it got annoying to use. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot sturdier. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered my dog’s usual size, but the fit was kinda weird. It was too tight around the chest and loose around the neck, so it just didn’t sit right.
